About Me

My name is Keanu Edward Marama. I was born in Tahiti, French Polynesia, and I am currently based in Auckland, New Zealand—a place I now call home.

I began my photography journey in October 2025, driven by a desire to document the places I visit and the moments that shape my life. Photography, for me, is a way of holding onto memories—capturing light, land, and atmosphere so they can be revisited long after the moment has passed.

I enjoy photographing a wide range of environments, from quiet everyday scenes to places rich with culture and history. Each image represents a step in my journey, both as a photographer and as a person.

At 25 years of age, this body of work reflects my path so far—my experiences, my whenua, and my home.
